Kashmir Shaivism

24-Hour Medicine Buddha Healing Chant – For You or Your Loved One

Friday-Saturday, August 21-22, 6pm-6pm

The power of positivity and prayer has been shown to impact the lives of many. When we or someone close to us are experiencing hardship, positive feelings of love, compassion and healing can make a huge difference in the person’s state of being. This is a transformational experience many have felt and continue to feel even after the practice/prayer has concluded.

For 24 Hours, our meditation community and whomever else would like to join will chant the mantra of the Medicine Buddha while visualizing those we dedicate our practice to in their happiest and healthiest state of being. We welcome you to join us.

Have you ever tried to meditate and thought to yourself “This isn’t working.. Am I doing this right?.. I wish I could feel more peace!” Trying to quiet the mind without the tools to do it is like trying to fix your car without the necessary knowledge; you may figure it out eventually but it will take a whole lot longer! Learn meditation techniques that will help you find center in your life’s arena, stay grounded, and allow you to feel where your happiness really comes from: within!

*This series is complete from first to last class. If you sign up after the first class date has passed, expect to join for the following month’s series!

“The purpose of meditation is to still the thought waves of the mind.”
