September 12 – October 24
Engage your little ones in some fun yoga geared towards crawlers to school age children. Must be accompanied by a participating adult. $12 drop in for mom and 1st child, $5 for additional siblings. Led by Rajani Shaw, RYT, and yoga kids camp counselor.
Gradually increase flexibility, inner openness, and obtain the full rejuvenative benefits of yoga. Class concludes with a 30 minute Heart Meditation.
September 27 – November 15. All 8 weeks = $80 or drop in $12/class. All levels welcome.
Journey toward your inner self in this class focusing on traditional hatha yoga asana and pranayama to help reconnect, nourish and create balance in the body. Led by Amy Riley, Yoga Teacher and Registered Nurse.
