Journey toward your inner self in this class focusing on traditional hatha yoga asana and pranayama to help reconnect, nourish and create balance in the body. Led by Amy Riley, Yoga Teacher and Registered Nurse.

Fridays, 9-10:15am, September 29 – December 22 (no class Nov 24). All 12 weeks = $140 or drop in $15/class.
Optimize mobility, flexibility and core function in this class focusing on dynamic versions of traditional asanas. This class is balance challenging and not rigorous. Each week will focus on a different area of the body. All levels welcome. Led by Yogini Hendrickson, Certified Yoga Therapist
Weeks 1,3, 9: Focus on spine
Weeks 2,6, 11: Focus on legs and hips
Weeks 4, 8: Focus on the core
Weeks 5, 10: Focus on neck and shoulders

Engage your little ones in some fun yoga geared towards crawlers to school age children. Must be accompanied by a participating adult. $12 drop in for mom and 1st child, $5 for additional siblings. Led by Rajani Shaw, RYT, and yoga kids camp counselor.
