Anyone can learn to meditate. Even those with the busiest of minds can benefit from meditation. Join this guided meditation class and learn a foundational Shambhava practice to relax your mind and give it that much needed break. Led alternately by Janani and Shambho, certified Shambhava meditation instructors. All levels welcome.
